The Site and Saturday Sack-branded products are operated by B Degree Productions, a Chicago, Illinois-based company ("B Degree Productions," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site, joining our notification list, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with Saturday Sack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
Saturday Sack is an independent consumer brand operated by B Degree Productions. B Degree Productions is the legal entity behind the Saturday Sack brand and is responsible for product design, manufacturing oversight, marketing, sales, and customer support. Saturday Sack is an independent brand. Saturday Sack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected to any college, university, athletic department, conference, sports league, governing body, or any subdivision, agent, licensor, or representative thereof.
Saturday Sack products are sold in a range of color combinations that may be associated in the public mind with various athletic teams or institutions. These color combinations are general athletic color combinations and are not, by themselves, protected trademarks. Saturday Sack does not use, reproduce, display, or sell any trademarked logos, wordmarks, mascot names, trade dress, or other proprietary marks of any college, university, athletic department, conference, sports league, or governing body.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names that may be associated with collegiate or athletic institutions are the property of their respective owners. Any descriptive reference to such marks is for informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
We do not represent, and you should not assume, that Saturday Sack products are official, licensed, or authorized merchandise of any college, university, or athletic organization. If you are looking for officially licensed collegiate merchandise, please consult the institution's official athletics website or a licensed retail partner.
By purchasing or using Saturday Sack products, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this disclaimer.
The Site and our products are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We sell Saturday Sack-branded footbags and may, from time to time, offer additional related products. Product descriptions, images, weights, dimensions, and color representations are intended to be accurate but may vary slightly due to photography, screen calibration, hand-finishing variations, and manufacturing tolerances.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, and cancel orders at any time. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
All sales are subject to product availability. We are not responsible for stock-outs or delays in fulfillment caused by manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping disruptions outside our reasonable control.
Prices are stated in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, customs duties, import fees, or other taxes assessed in connection with your order. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods identified at checkout.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in transit, damage in transit caused by the carrier, or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information you provide.
International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, and import fees, all of which are your responsibility.
Our returns and refund policy will be posted on the Site prior to our first product release and is incorporated into these Terms by reference upon publication. Until that policy is posted, all communications regarding returns should be directed to hello@saturdaysack.com.
The Saturday Sack brand name, logo, design elements, photography, website code, written content, and all other materials created by or for B Degree Productions in connection with Saturday Sack are owned by or licensed to B Degree Productions and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any Saturday Sack materials without our prior written consent, except that you may view, download, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use.
By submitting your email address through our notification form or any other Site form, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from us related to Saturday Sack product launches, drops, and brand announcements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any such message or by emailing hello@saturdaysack.com.
We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
You agree not to use the Site or our products to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest its content, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will B Degree Productions, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, our products, or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Site, our products, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the products giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B Degree Productions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our products will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
